Western Express has immediate openings for entry level company truck drivers and driver trainers. With our newly increased pay package, you’ll earn one of the highest rates in the industry.

• High pay: $0.40 to $0.48 per mile
• Monthly earnings up to $80,000 in first year for recent grads
• Earnings increase to $53 CPM within first year
• Reliable home time – home every 12-16 days with OTR or weekly with regional
• Team incentives up to $3,400 per week per team
• Flatbed or 100% no-touch dry van freight with 60-80% drop & hook
• Unlimited driver referral bonuses – up to $1,000 each

• Training for CDL‑A required, no experience necessary
• Driver trucker can qualify as trainer after driving for 3 months or more, earning up to $100,000 annually
