Delivery Professional – Bulk Truck

Our Cincinnati (Forest Park), OH location is looking for a dynamic and motivated Driver Associate to join their team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has a rare mix of fun, high‑paced, and professional work environment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6AM start until route is completed. Flexibility required as this position may cover any bulk or parcel route.

Pay: $20.71 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving goals, and an additional 6% in stretch opportunities. Incentives are paid out every four weeks.

• Drive local routes – local routes, home daily; we value your weekends.
• Build client relationships face‑to‑face; no desk work.
• Maintain efficient operation during shift to ensure products are shipped quickly and accurately.
• Participate in the Vitality Wellness program to earn health discounts.
• Receive on‑the‑job training to certify in driving power industrial equipment and operating advanced automation.

• Current valid US driver’s license.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a Bulk/26′ straight‑truck delivery vehicle.
• Ability to meet DOT physical requirements and maintain a safe driving history.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer‑service skills.
• Flexibility and problem‑resolution skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
• Frequently required to sit for 3+ hours and stand for 3+ hours.

Compensation is aligned with market rates and may include an annual bonus or long-term incentives. Base pay range: $16.40 – $27.34.

In situations of high demand, overtime may be required with overtime pay. Available shifts may change and will be discussed at interview.
