What You Will Do:

The Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a motivated Sr. Test & Validation Engineer to support the Raytheon Forest Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC). As a Sr. Test & Validation Engineer, you will work within production operations and the manufacturing discipline and will partner with a multi-disciplined team of engineers to develop and evaluate test processes, special test equipment, data analysis tools and test requirements.

* Developing and maintaining Test Procedures

* Root cause analysis and resolution of test failures (hardware and test environment)

* Maintaining related STE (Special Test Equipment) and specifying replacement equipment when required (obsolescence)

* Training technicians to use Test Procedures and providing written directions for troubleshooting instruction

* Transforming complex information and data into clear, concise and visually engaging slides

* Training entry level Test Engineers on test process

* Some travel may be required ( This job is posted as ONSITE and is located at Raytheon's Forest, MS facility. Qualifications You Must Have:
* Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science / Computer Engineering

* Experience analyzing test data and / or determining if hardware meets specification Qualifications We Prefer:
* Preferred major in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering

* Experience with RF systems

* Experience diagnosing and isolating technical issues with test equipment and production hardware

* Experience interpreting product specifications and requirements

* Experience with use of optical fiber in communication systems

* Experience with modern Automated Test Systems for electronics

* Experience performing analysis of technical data
