Responsibilities:

• Follow the outlined care plan for each client.
• Document tasks, observations, and evaluate outcomes.
• Ensure quality care by creating, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN.
• Support other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN license.
• One or more years of nursing experience, preferably in the personal care home industry.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
