• Flexible & remote telemedicine: evidence‑based psychiatric care via telemedicine, asynchronous case review, video consultation, and e‑prescribing, lowering barriers to high‑quality care.
• Supportive and collaborative environment: dedicated teams for member and provider support, 1:1 consultations with clinical leadership, and internal communication forums.
• Measurement‑based care: technology measures symptoms, adherence, and side effects weekly, automatically triggering treatment reviews if patients are not improving.
• Machine learning‑powered clinical decision support: data‑driven matching of patients to medications for better outcomes (Brightside does not prescribe controlled substances).

Working with Brightside gives you clinical autonomy alongside Psychiatrist support and the flexibility to create your own schedule using the latest tools, including a custom‑built practice management EMR and clinical decision support.

• 100% remote, telehealth position
• 1099 contract agreement

• We do not prescribe controlled substances
• State‑of‑the‑art tools and a customizable EMR, integrated with AI to prompt check‑ins and follow‑ups

• Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense medications under applicable state and federal laws.
• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (remote), including synchronous video consultations and asynchronous messaging.
• Evaluate patient records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication‑related counseling in a timely manner.
• Complete charting within 48 hours of each session.
• Support a 72‑hour messaging response window for patients.
• Consistently respond to clinical leadership team and remain highly reliable to our members.
• Be pleasant, responsive, and willing to collaborate with our team.
• Be technology savvy and enthusiastic about leveraging technology to improve care.
• Have excellent grammar and attention to detail, proficient at writing medical information at a patient level.

• Active and clear APRN license.
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner – Certified in Psychiatric & Mental Health (PMHNP required).
• At least 2 years of autonomous experience practicing as a PMHNP, post‑graduate.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting.
• Telehealth experience and high comfort level working with technology.
• Licensed in 4+ states (the more, the merrier).
• 8+ hours of availability per week.
• Experience working with adolescents strongly preferred.
• Opted in to Medicare/Medicaid.
