Yard Associate​/Non-CDL Driver

Join Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) as a Yard Associate / Non‑CDL Driver. The role involves 75% yard operations and 25% delivery work and requires a Class D driver’s license (or the ability to obtain one immediately).

• Unload material at the destination using the most appropriate method (hand, dumping, forklift) while considering site characteristics, material type, available manpower, and equipment.
• Develop thorough expertise in operating company vehicles and forklifts.
• Maintain knowledge of local highways, roads, traffic patterns, and terrain to maximize delivery efficiency and safety.
• Load and unload delivery trucks by hand and with a forklift.
• Assist with warehouse maintenance and cleanliness.
• Assist with unloading incoming freight as needed.

• Complete and document daily and weekly maintenance checklists to ensure safe operation and extend equipment life.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, speed or weight limits, and posted directions.
• Maintain all equipment (ladders, forklifts, trucks) in good condition and safe.
• Follow company safety guidelines and basic safety practices at all times.
• Attend and participate in regular safety meetings.
• Maintain delivered inventory to protect against loss and theft (proper banding, strapping, tarps, drops, etc.).

• Must have a Class D CDL or be able to obtain one immediately.
• Ability to lift and load merchandise up to 100 lbs for extended periods.
• Ability to climb a ladder, unload a delivery truck, and maneuver safely in store and warehouse environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
