My Eye Dr . is seeking a full-time Optometrist (OD) to join our team. My Eye Dr . is a premier healthcare company: a total vision care concept with a unique retail experience. We are looking for a Doctor of Optometry with a passion for delivering patient-centered care that wants to make a measurable difference in their patient’s vision and lives.

The wage range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000 annually based on a full time schedule and commensurate with experience. Actual wages will depend on contractual schedules. The company complies with all state and local wage and hour laws and the minimum pay range will always be at or above the applicable minimum wage.

• Evaluate patients’ vision and health care needs using commonly accepted practices, tools and techniques.
• Document findings in patient records and consult with patients regarding current status and future requirements of their individualized vision care needs.
• Coordinate with the office team to provide compassionate care and ensure visits are personalized and of high quality.
• Practice general and medical optometry in a traditional, full-scope office environment with a consistent patient base and opportunities for a comfortable pace while maintaining patient care priority.
• Utilize latest vision care technology and a wide selection of eyewear in a well-equipped My Eye Dr . practice.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree from an accredited institution required.
• License in good standing to practice Optometry in the state of practice prior to beginning employment required.
• National Provider Identification (NPI) number required.
• TPA License required.
• Prior clinical optometry experience in a retail, educational, or medical office setting is a plus; all are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to communicate effectively, operate necessary equipment, and move about the office.

The Optometrist (OD) position is performed in a traditional, full-scope office environment and may require local travel within My Eye Dr . regions. You will have the opportunity to practice general and medical optometry with a consistent patient base, at a comfortable pace, prioritizing high-quality patient care.
