Vesta, Inc invites applications for this full‑time, salaried, exempt position located in our Southern Region Forestville Office.

• Develop program curriculum and oversee service delivery and billing
• Supervise staff and provide leadership in program growth and development
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies
• Assist in the creation and implementation of new programs and services
• Monitor financials and cultivate an environment of integrity and cultural awareness

• CPRP certification or licensed mental health therapist (LCPC/LCSW)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• 3 years of management experience (preferred)
• 5 years of mental health experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Pay Range: $56,922 – $63,752 per year, paid bi‑weekly. Salary based on education and experience.

Other Compensation: Employees eligible for bonuses (variable, based on company and individual performance).

PTO: New employees accrue up to 96 hours in the first year (pro‑rated). Sick leave up to 40 hours per calendar year (pro‑rated).

Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year.

Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available loyer matching after 1,000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions at least once a year.
