Vesta, Inc. is a financially stable, not-for-profit mental health company in Maryland, providing comprehensive behavioral healthcare services.

We're currently seeking a dynamic Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Coordinator for our Southern Region, Forestville Office. In this role, you'll lead all aspects of daily operations, driving growth and program development for our PRP/Day Program.

Position Details
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

    Forestville, MD
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop program curriculum and oversee service delivery and billing
  • Supervise staff and provide leadership in program growth and development
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of new programs and services

    Monitor financials and cultivate an environment of integrity and cultural awareness
Qualifications
  • CPRP certification or licensed mental health therapist (LCPC/LCSW)
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • 3 years of management experience preferred
  • 5 years of mental health experience
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range
: $56,922- $63,752 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience.

Other Compensation
:
Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance).

PTO
:
New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date).

Holidays
: 8 paid holidays per year.

Retirement
: 403(b) plan participation available loyer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.

Full-time salaried employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire. Medical, Dental, and Vision (single and family), flex-spending accounts (FSA and Dependent Care).
