Customer Experience Supervisor I – Forest Village Park
As the Customer Experience Supervisor, you are accountable for driving profitable sales growth by leading and engaging associates, coaching on customer service, leading training initiatives, and delivering company checkout experience strategies.
Primary Responsibilities- Customer Service & Sales – Act as a role model for the Manager on Duty program, guide customer service activities, greet and assist customers, actively listen to customer issues, and maximize sales and service through efficient staffing and program management.
- Cashier Performance – Train, mentor, and coach cashier associates on checkout procedures, observe compliance, and monitor associate efficiency with POS productivity metrics.
- Line Management and Checkout Standards – Shift resources proactively based on traffic fluctuations, reduce wait times during peak periods, and partner to stock impulse items and manage checkout supplies.
- Human Resources/People Management – Create and monitor open requisitions, coordinate interview processes, schedule orientations and training, and review schedules to optimize resources.
- Performance Standards – Support company shrink and safety initiatives and meet established performance standards for credit, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
