* Qualifications:

* - Strong understanding of mechanical equipment applications, ladder logic, and electrical drawings.
- Minimum two years of experience in commercial and industrial boiler room units.
- Proficient in Programmable Logic and Direct Digital Controls, combustion controls, and HVACR systems.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite; control software experience required.
- Valid Driver’s License;
Apprentice or Journeyman License preferred.
- Ability to read and create routine reports and safety guidelines.
- Skilled in basic algebra and geometry calculations.
- Able to troubleshoot and solve practical problems in varied environments.
- Maintain and submit accurate service tickets daily, adhere to safety protocols.
- Willingness to be on call 24/7 as scheduled and attend necessary training.
