Your new role
As a Dispatch Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating the smooth and efficient dispatch of products to customers, ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and within agreed timescales. Acting as a key link between production, warehouse, logistics and finance teams, you will help maintain high Service levels while supporting the day-to-day administration of the dispatch function.
Your Responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the correct products are dispatched to the correct customers on time.
• Maintaining accurate dispatch records and documentation.
• Producing regular reports and analysis relating to dispatch and transport performance.
• Processing and reconciling transport invoices against sales invoices.
• Assisting with monthly production reporting.
• Supporting the checking and processing of purchase invoices.
• Liaising with transport providers and assisting with the implementation of transport agreements.
• Building effective relationships with internal departments, customers and external suppliers.
• Supporting continuous improvement across dispatch and logistics processes.
