Depot Operations Supervisor

The Depot Operations Supervisor reports to the Retail Sales & Operations Manager (RSOM) and is responsible for the depot and service across Customer Services, Delivery fleet, and Cold store Warehouse. This role is 40 hours per week, working any 5 of 6 days (closed Sundays). The hourly rate is £14.00.

• An integral member of the leadership team, modelling passion and commitment to deliver outstanding service.
• Drive consistent delivery of established processes and operational standards.
• Track the team’s performance against daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Develop the operational performance and skills of the depot team.
• Responsible for health & safety, stock management, local delivery fleet management and facilities maintenance.
• Ready to get involved in day‑to‑day tasks, including deliveries (requires a full UK driving licence).

• Experience in a supervisory role – leading and motivating a team.

This role is not eligible for sponsorship under the skilled worker route as it does not meet the minimum requirements set out under the UK Immigration Rules.
