Technical Department Engineer

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and technical management of construction projects, from the development phase through to execution, supporting the team in all design and coordination activities.
Responsibility   Design and development of technical solutions for construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial).
Management of the design process, from the preliminary phase to implementation, including the drafting of specifications and technical documentation.
Collaboration with other professionals (architects, surveyors, technicians) to ensure the integration of the various project components.
Management of the bureaucratic procedures, authorizations, and permits required to carry out the work.
Coordination with the construction site to verify the technical suitability of the materials and methodologies used.
Requirements   Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
Experience in the construction sector, preferably in design or construction companies.
Advanced knowledge of design software (Autocad, Revit, etc.) and structural calculations.
Excellent knowledge of building and safety regulations.
