Supporto tecnico remoto e on-site
Diagnosi e risoluzione problematiche hardware/software
Configurazione PC, periferiche e dispositivi di rete
Competenze richieste:
Reti informatiche (IP, DHCP, DNS, router, switch, Wi-Fi)
Installazione hardware/software
Strumenti di assistenza remota
Titoli preferenziali:
Esperienza in assistenza clienti, IoT, videosorveglianza, database o ambienti server.
