Compiti:
Disosso salumi crudi.
Taglio con affettatrice e coltello.
Preparazione formaggi stagionati.
Ricarica e riassortimento.
Controllo date e rotazione merce.
Igiene e ordine aree.
Supporto e consulenza clienti.
Segnalazione anomalie al management.
Gestione stock:
Responsabilità diretta settore.
Coordinamento attività.
Requisiti:
Esperienza in salumi e formaggi (plus).
Comunicazione efficace.
Autonomia e spirito di squadra.
Orientamento al cliente.
Precisione manuale.
Disponibilità turni, sabati, domeniche, festivi.
