Addetto/a Bancone Salumi e Formaggi - Full time
Compiti:
Disosso salumi crudi.
Taglio salumi affettatrice e formaggi coltello.
Taglio formaggi stagionati.
Ricarica e riassortimento banco.
Controllo scadenze e rotazione prodotti.
Igiene e ordine reparti.
Supporto clienti nella selezione prodotti.
Segnalazione criticità al management.
Gestione merce:
Responsabilità diretta sulle merci del comparto.
Organizzazione del workflow.
Requisiti:
Esperienza pregressa settore freschi/salumi (plus).
Comunicazione e relazioni efficaci.
Capacità di lavorare in team e autonomamente.
Focus cliente e risoluzione problematiche.
Destrezza manuale e precisione.
Disponibilità turni, anche flessibili, sabati, domeniche, festivi.
