PAY RANGE: $19.00 TO $26.00
Scope Of WorkProject Coordinator will work to support and be under the guidance of the Senior Project Coordinator and or Project Manager. Project Coordinator will review contract documents, working with submittals, RFI’s, budgets, schedules, cost controls, cost estimates, purchasing, billings and other tasks as they pertain to effective project management.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities- Develop, publish, issue, and maintain all project specific PO's.
- Confirm all fixture, gear, and specialty project procure are per contract
- Issue NTP’s, NOI, and PO’s for fixtures, gear and specialty project procurements per the approval of the Director and or PM
- Develop, publish, issue, and maintain all submittals (Incoming & outgoing & tracking approvals w/Suppliers & Customers).
- Coordination with Director, Project Manager and or Superintendent or regarding material/equipment releases and
- Coordinate applicable logistics with vendors, manufacturers, and transit
- Manage all freight Claims, damages, returns, & defective materials
- Develop, publish, issue, and maintain all project closeout
- Prepare and distribute subcontractor work orders, incoming and outgoing after
- The Project Coordinator will assist efforts related to effective management of labor
- The Project Coordinator will assist in efforts as they relate to effective management of material, equipment, tools, and other necessary resources as they are associated to his/her assigned
- The Project Coordinator will assist in efforts as they relate to effective management and disposition of all office related paperwork including, but not limited to: monthly contract billings, contract and change order preparation/administration, financial cost projections, requests for information, submittals, and the like as they are associated to his/her assigned
- The Project Coordinator will assist in efforts as they relate to researching and compiling submittals
- Understanding plans and specifications to identify the types and grades of materials and equipment needed to ensure the compliance with project
- Assist Senior Project Coordinator in any other tasks as
- Assist answering phones if
- The Project Coordinator shall track engineered products and coordinate w/ the vendors so the current ship schedules are saved on the
- The Project Coordinator will attend hand over meetings and weekly L10 meetings. The PC will keep up with the minutes from the meeting and update the minutes
- The Project Coordinator will work with the Department Manager and or PM to identify delivery dates for Procured items (ie Fixtures, Gear, generator, UPS and Inverters).
- The Project Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the current contract drawings and submittals and will make sure the current documents are saved in the associated
- Maintaining and updating assigned projects on
- Maintaining stored materials pictures and COI’s for the projects requiring back up documents for
- Assisting with Closeout
- Must have basic mathematical and English language
- Must have a current driver’s license
- Must have own reliable transportation
- You must be flexible to come in early and stay late as customer and project demands dictate
- Employee must be capable with business software, computers, and office machines
- Be able to work well in a “team”
- Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally; in written form and
- Have experience working with contract documents and applicable
- Have the ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in administrative
- Have the ability to monitor own work to ensure
- Have the ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull and reach
- Constantly move about on the
- Must be able to make transition from employee parking area or street into construction work areas and to access all levels of the building, even if the only means of access is by O.S.H.A. approved site construction ladder or stairs still under construction, but acceptable for
