** AS A QUALITY ENGINEER, YOU WILL:
*** Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures for inbound and outbound logistics.
* Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for non-conformances.
* Monitor and audit product quality, packaging, labeling, and documentation compliance.
* Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for quality and efficiency improvements.
* Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput.
* Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and transportation teams to optimize quality-related processes.
* Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve supply chain performance.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality metrics.
* Support internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory inspections.
* Other duties/projects as assigned.
** REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE &

SKILLS:

******* Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
* 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
* Working knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
* Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role now or in the future.
** PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE &

SKILLS:

*** 3-5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with ISO
9001:2015.
* Oracle experience.
