We are currently seeking a Clinic Director (BCBA) to support the clinical needs of our clients in clinic, home, and community settings. Our team is passionate about being part of the positive changes that ABA therapy can bring to our clients, their families, and the community they live in. As a leading provider in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, Bright Path Behavior is a BCBA‑led, child‑focused organization that puts the therapeutic needs of our clients first. We ensure our Clinic Directors and BCBAs spend their days developing programs, engaging with clients, supervising therapists, and training caregivers to produce the highest possible outcomes for the children we serve.
- Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000
- Performance Bonuses:
Up to $12,000 per year - Sign‑On Bonus:
Up to $10,000 - CEUs: 12 CEUs per year + annual stipend + CASP membership
- Relocation Packages available
- Work‑From‑Home Days: 3 days per month
- Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, daytime hours - Manageable caseload: average of 7 clients
- 27 days off: includes holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex holidays

- Address and resolve escalated parental concerns per established protocols
- Ensure BCBAs have the required tools and training needed to take on a full caseload and perform their jobs effectively
- Ensure file creation, including presentations and reports, are recorded and archived appropriately
- Verify that supervision and program management meet company and BACB standards
- Assist in creating master schedule for client therapy
- Use discretion and judgment to add new clients based on “right fit” protocols
- Prioritize onboarding of new clients when BCBAs have capacity
- Participate in hiring and training new BCBAs and Behavior Technicians
- Attend and/or lead required meetings
- Facilitate parent/caregiver training
- Analyze progress data, modify treatment plans, and update client goals
- Other duties/projects as assigned
- Maintain Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and LBA credentials in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a BCBA
- Preferred 5 years experience, 2 years in supervisory role
- Supervisor status under the BACB
- Experience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs
- Strong communication, planning, time‑management, and leadership skills
- Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Physically able to work on the floor with children, able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to use computers and tablets for extended periods
- Has reliable transportation, holds valid driver’s license, and can pass a background check
