Night Shift Warehouse Operations Manager
As the Night Shift Spanish Bilingual Warehouse Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our warehouse operations during the night shift. Your leadership will ensure efficient processes and seamless logistics while fostering a bilingual workplace that thrives on collaboration and innovation. What You’ll Do- Lead and manage all aspects of warehouse operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes, and order fulfillment to meet customer demands efficiently
- Implement process improvements utilizing Lean methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Collaborate with transportation management teams to optimize fleet management and logistics planning
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to foster a high-performing team culture
- Analyze supply chain analytics to identify trends and drive strategic decision-making
- Proven experience in warehouse management or operations management with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including inventory management, logistics, and transportation planning
- Proficiency in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Familiarity with production planning, materials management, purchasing, and procurement processes
- Experience with freight operations, dispatching, shipping & receiving practices
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required for effective communication with team members and stakeholders
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for driving operational excellence
