The Facilities Supervisor will maintain and oversee the grounds, buildings, and equipment at the facilities to ensure that facilities are clean, comfortable, safe, and compliant.

• Monitor safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots, warehouse, and outdoor recreation areas.
• Ensure break rooms and conference rooms are fully stocked and ready for visitors.
• Supervise and delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Schedule routine inspections, building upgrades, and emergency repairs with team members and outside contractors.
• Request quotes and estimates from vendors and contractors.
• Supervise contractors while onsite.
• Ensure proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors.
• Plan and manage facility improvement projects. Reports project status to stakeholders.

Education and Experience: 5+ years of experience in facilities supervisor with similar responsibilities.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical procedures or government regulations.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
• Ability to read basic construction and technical drawings.
• Ability to read and convert basic measurements.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions.

• The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned (i.e., custodial, food services, general labor, etc.) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard, inspection, etc.).

• This position will be subject to both outdoor, office and warehouse environments.
