• Lead and manage all aspects of warehouse operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes, and order fulfillment to meet customer demands efficiently
• Implement process improvements utilizing Lean methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Collaborate with transportation management teams to optimize fleet management and logistics planning
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to foster a high-performing team culture
• Analyze supply chain analytics to identify trends and drive strategic decision-making

• Proven experience in warehouse management or operations management with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including inventory management, logistics, and transportation planning
• Proficiency in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Familiarity with production planning, materials management, purchasing, and procurement processes
• Experience with freight operations, dispatching, shipping & receiving practices
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required for effective communication with team members and stakeholders
