Production Superintendent

We are working on a direct-hire Senior Production Superintendent role for a growing manufacturing client
. This is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership position overseeing production and warehouse operations
, with a strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and hitting key performance metrics.

This role serves as the right hand to the Deputy GM and is deeply involved in day‑to‑day production. The superintendent will lead production supervisors, push and maintain KPIs, help manage scheduling, and ensure production stays on track. This is not a desk role—this leader will spend the majority of their time on the production floor
, identifying issues in real time, keeping operations moving, and driving continuous improvement.

• Direct hire leadership role in manufacturing
• Salary range $125K–$140K plus bonus

• 10+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (true hands‑on manufacturing is critical)
• Experience managing production schedules, performance metrics, and continuous improvement
• Ability to quickly identify problems, communicate clearly to leadership, and drive solutions
