Oversee the retail locations employees and activities to achieve a profitable store location;
Interview, selectively hire, and train employees for the retail location;
Organize and oversee the schedules and work of employees;
Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive;
Oversee discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy;
Be responsible to close the store 3 nights a week with one Saturday off per month.
