General SummaryThe Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for selling the company’s products and services to current and potential customers across service markets. The role drives maximum profitability and revenue growth aligned with the company vision by visiting prospective customers in person and calling via phone. The representative develops long‑term relationships, becomes a trusted advisor, generates leads, creates sales and proposes complete solutions for prospects.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales expectations using a consultative sales approach in a direct business‑to‑business environment.
- Generate leads, create sales presentations and proposals, complete contracts, close sales, and set proper expectations to ensure service delivery.
- Consult with potential customers about their applications and present solutions that meet their needs while emphasizing marketable features, pricing options, and credit terms.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services and remain aware of competitors’ services, offers, and initiatives.
- Previous experience in enterprise business‑to‑business sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to travel for business requirements; must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Total target income (base pay + targeted commission): $100,315. Commission plans are subject to change at management discretion.
