Warehouse Associate 2 Weekend Shift (Cherry Picker/Reach Lift) SAT, SUN & Mon 5am-5:30pm

Real Truck, Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Associate 2 to perform shipping, receiving, and material handling responsibilities during weekend shift hours (Saturday, Sunday & Monday from 5:00am to 5:30pm). The position includes operating Cherry Picker, Reach Lift, and EPJ powered industrial trucks.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate 2 will perform tasks associated with shipping, receiving, and the material handling process at Real Truck, including receiving shipments, stocking, inventory control, picking, packing, staging orders and shipping products.

Core Functions

• Prepare product for movement throughout the warehouse, including sorting, scanning, repackaging, palletizing, labeling, and wrapping.
• Operate powered equipment to move products safely and efficiently, once certified.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Assemble component parts into kits; package and label kits; enter kit data into WMS.
• Pick and pack bulk and drop-ship inventory for shipment according to customer order; stage inventory for shipment; load trailers.
• Unload trailers; receive product, verifying accuracy against PO and packing slip in WMS.
• Scan palletized product wraps and labels according to customer requirements and load pallets onto trailers.
• Receive returned product; verify warranty status; update WMS; prepare product for disposal or return to stock.
• Train other employees; maintain a clean and safe workspace; perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education and Experience

• High school Diploma required.
• 6-12 months of related experience and/or training required.
• 2-5 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Previous forklift experience required.

Required Licenses

• Driver’s license preferred.

Skills, Abilities, And Knowledge

• Skilled in the use of a pallet jack and tape gun.
• Basic computer skills.
• Skilled in the operation of a computer with emphasis on WMS and MS Office.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to count and perform basic math.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
