SSSTS​/SMSTS Site Supervisor

Teamforce Labour are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for an immediate start in Dunphail, Forres, IV36.
You must have a strong background in Groundworks and Civil Engineering.

Role & Responsibilities:
Supervising day-to-day site operations and workforce
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures
Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades on site
Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
Monitoring progress and reporting to site management
Ensuring high standards of quality and workmanship
Maintaining health & safety regulations at all times
Checking RAMS and ensuring compliance on site
Assisting with deliveries, materials, and site logistics

Requirements:
SSSTS/SMSTS
CSCS Card
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively
First Aid qualification preferred but not essential
