Working hours:

Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30am 5:00pm. As a Patient Care Advisor, youll play a vital role in supporting patients experiencing musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions helping guide them through their care journey and ensuring they receive the support, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment they need. At Cora Healthcare, the focus is on making patient care as straightforward and accessible as possible by providing one dedicated point of contact close to home.

The Role Youll be the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm, professional, and supportive experience over the telephone. Youll listen carefully to patient needs, answer queries, and ensure every interaction is handled with empathy and efficiency.

What Were Looking For We are looking for individuals who are:
Warm, friendly, and professional Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience Energetic, flexible, and proactive with a can do attitude Confident using IT systems and technology Excellent communicators with strong telephone skills Experienced in delivering high levels of customer service Previous experience within a contact centre or healthcare environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
