We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses to join our team, where you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents. Our nurses are at the heart of our care home, ensuring the highest quality of life for all who call it home.

• Support residents’ clinical needs during night shift, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Lead care planning, implementing and evaluating care plans through our Nourish platform.
• Administer medication with utmost care, following procedures to keep residents safe.
• Mentor and support colleagues and junior staff, ensuring they are confident and skilled.
• Promote independence and encourage residents to live with purpose and maintain meaningful connection.

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Strong knowledge of professional care standards required by the NMC code of conduct, and up to date clinical practices.
• Aware of Health and Safety procedures required in your role as Nurse and ensure they are followed.
• Experience in a similar role, leading a multi-disciplinary team, acting as the Nurse in Charge.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team and support staff and residents.
