Hanover Scotland is excited to be recruiting for Relief Home Support Workers to support our developments based in Buckie, Elgin, and Forres. Successful candidates need to be able to travel to these locations.

The role will include supporting shifts ranging from a 07:00am start to 22:00pm finish, on a rota basis. There are also opportunities for our relief bank to provide cover for wakened night shift work between 21:45pm and 07:15am. We have both full and part-time hours available.

Led by a supportive management team, our Relief Home Support Workers provide personal care to support adults with varying needs including physical disabilities, learning disabilities, older adults and vulnerable adults.

In accordance with individual care plans, our Relief Home Support Workers will assist with daily routines and medication assistance, support meal service, and bring comfort, dignity and smiles to our tenants each day.

You will be part of a collaborative and people-first team with a passion to support our tenants to live as independently as they are able to.
