As Branch Manager, you will lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales growth. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure every client enjoys a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, and coach travel advisors; conduct PDPs and regular check-ins; manage rotas, holidays, and performance.
• Sales & Business Growth: Set and monitor sales targets, plan sales-driving activities, implement new business ideas, and authorise discounts.
• Marketing & Promotion: Manage promotional materials, website offers, and social media posts to maximise engagement.
• Customer Experience & Compliance: Oversee CRM management, ensure timely lead follow-up, resolve complaints, and maintain high service standards.
• Operations & Reporting: Monitor refunds, overdues, audits, and branch performance; ensure health & safety compliance; communicate key updates from head office.
