Job SummaryResponsible for compliance with Special Education standards and for ensuring that the curriculum, classroom schedule, lesson plans, and instructional materials meet the individual needs of students, taking into account state and school requirements, as well as the physical, emotional, and developmental levels of each student.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with Special Education requirements by developing, implementing, and monitoring individual education plans (IEP), including behavioral‑based goals and objectives, life skills, and vocational skills.
- Provide timely and accurate documentation for students as required and maintain confidentiality of all records.
- Develop and implement individualized academic programs through formal and informal assessments of academic achievement, social‑emotional development, and vocational skills, preparing materials, lesson plans, and activities accordingly.
- Demonstrate knowledge of effective instructional techniques by using a wide Laval of materials and delivery methods and avoiding overuse of any single method.
- Show knowledge of IEP and treatment planning by reviewing referrals and assessment data, preparing for IEP and treatment planning meetings, providing specific data, creating appropriate goals and objectives, employing strategies and interventions, and evaluating student progress while sharing information.
- Manage the classroom to maintain a safe, secure,awi and effective learning environment with clear structure, expectations, and consistency; implement expectations and consequences as per the behavior management plan.
- Maintain a firm, fair, and consistent instructional approach, reinforcing positive behaviors as outlined in the facility and classroom behavior management plan.
- Anticipate potential behavior problems by maintaining line‑of‑sight supervision of assigned students at all times and assessing behavior patterns.
- Act as a positive role model, cooperate with colleagues, attend staff meetings, and follow chain‑of‑command and organizational policies.
- Report any known or suspected violations per company policy, maintain student record confidentiality, and ensure જાહેર નિયમોનું પાલન.
- Promote positive community relations by coordinating with external agencies, families, and personnel, ensuring communication is clear, concise, accurate, and courteous.

- Ensure a conducive classroom environment, keeping it clean, organized, and adorned with appropriate wall hangings and promotional materials; post schedules and progress charts artistically.
- Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and place replacementъв orders as necessary.
- BA Degree
- SPED Certificate
- Valid Teaching License
- 1+ year experience in Special Education
