Guest Services Manager – Fairfield Inn & Towne Place Suites

Location:

Salary: $40,000 – $42,000 per year

Overview

Hotel Equities is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead the front desk, public spaces, breakfast, and housekeeping teams at Fairfield Inn & Towne Place Suites, ensuring high quality service for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk, public spaces, breakfast, and housekeeping teams to maintain established operational standards.
  • Handle reservations, updates, cancellations; respond to phone calls and emails; enter and update group rooming lists and blocks.
  • Improve guest satisfaction through employee development, job engineering, and quality image.
  • Field guest complaints, conduct research to develop effective solutions, and negotiate resolutions.
  • Assist front desk agents, room attendants, breakfast attendants, laundry staff, and housekeeping with training and execution of duties.
  • Work varying schedules to meet the needs of the hospitality industry.
  • Perform manager‑on‑duty responsibilities as needed.
  • Assist other departments as directed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Guest relations/service experience required; hospitality experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Strong customer service and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and register operation.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English.
  • Ability to use moderately complex computer systems; knowledge of Microsoft Office.
