Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. /p ase pay range  p 16.00/hr -  18.00/hr /p pHotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable  bHousekeeping Supervisor /b for the TPS|Fairfield Inn Forrest City, AR, Wages range from  16.00- 18.00 per hour, depending on experience /p p bJob Purpose: /b /p pTo maximize customer satisfaction by providing neat and clean customer rooms through the supervision, direction, and coordination of the housekeeper/room cleaners.

Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they’ve made the right choice to stay with us. /p ul liSupervises room cleaners in the prompt and efficient housekeeping of customer rooms /li liEnsures that all rooms have been cleaned by checking room cleaners worksheets at the end of the day – notifies front desk accordingly /li liSupervises the completion of short notice requests for room changes /li liInspects all check out/stay over rooms after they are made up to ensure they are cleaned to Company standards.

/li liKeeps record of room checkouts/stay overs, submits records to housekeeping every day /li liMonitors quality of rooms by conducting and documenting inspections of cleaned rooms /li liPrepares maintenance work orders in regard to replacement or repair of furniture, fixtures, etc. /li liEnsures completion by following through on orders /li liChecks the status of rooms on an ongoing basis and notifies room cleaners of any changes /li liChecks VIP rooms /li liChecks early morning make-up rooms /li liCoordinates cleaning of guestrooms for proper prioritization of customer requests;

VIP rooms, checkout rooms, expected check-out rooms, etc. /li liChecks floor linen closets daily for cleanliness, adequate supplies and linen /li liAssures carts are properly stored and vacuum cleaners are emptied at the end of each day /li liAssists in quarterly inventory of all linen /li liEnsures safety by assuring that all linen chutes are kept locked at all times /li liCoordinates housekeeping work with related departments such as front desk, engineering, banquet services and room services /li liTake every opportunity to amaze the guests /li liEnsures all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all Company standards are being applied /li liResponsible for assisting with the training and direction of new department associates /li liEnsure all Housekeeping quality standards are complied with and that policies and procedures are consistently applied.

/li liCoordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of /li licommunication and guest satisfaction. /li liAssist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest expectation /li /ul p bQualifications and Requirements: /b /p pHigh School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent. /p p

Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards. /p p bThis job requires the ability to perform the following: /b /p ul liMost work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems. /li liWalking and standing are required for close to 100% of the working day. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.

/li liPosition requires walking and giving direction most of the working day. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. /li liMust be able to exert well-paced ability to reach other departments of the hotel on a timely basis. /li liMust be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis.
