Registered Nurse - Emergency - Mid Shift (11am-11pm) - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Forrest City Medical Center is your community medical provider, serving Eastern Arkansas and its residents with physical therapy, radiology imaging, women's center and senior care. Forrest City Medical Center is a 118‑bed acute‑care facility located 40 minutes west of Memphis, TN and less than 90 miles from Little Rock, AR.

• $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus for new hire with an 18‑month commitment

• Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care.
• Assists physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
• Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient‑care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self‑care skills.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of unit/department.

• Registered nurse licensure to work in the state of Arkansas.
• Associate’s degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• 2–3 years of emergency‑room experience preferred.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
