Role: Warehouse Supervisor overseeing day-shift operations in a wholesale distribution center.
Responsibilities- Lead warehouse associates and manage inbound/outbound freight.
- Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping for retail customers.
- Monitor productivity, safety, and inventory accuracy.
- Enforce SOPs and OSHA standards.
- Schedule labor and coordinate with transportation and inventory teams.
- Train and coach staff to improve performance.
- Utilize WMS systems and KPIs to enhance efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience with warehouse operations, freight management, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in WMS systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA compliance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
