Fort Health Care is seeking a BC/BE Dermatologist/MOHS surgeon for an outpatient practice:

• Full-time position with 32 patient contact hours per week

• Includes 33 physicians and 17 advanced practice practitioners across multiple specialties including dermatology, pediatrics, internal medicine, family medicine, Ob/Gyn, general surgery, ENT, orthopedics, behavioral health, child psychiatry, radiology, pain management, spine, pulmonology, and wound care, serving Fort Atkinson and 12 surrounding communities.

Affiliations:

• Partnered with Fort Memorial Hospital, a 49-bed not-for-profit community hospital serving a regional population of nearly 90,000.

Community and Hospital:

• Fort Memorial Hospital offers 24/7 emergency services staffed by EM-residency trained physicians and advanced practitioners, along with adult hospitalist programs.
