As a key member of our recruitment team, you will leverage your medical expertise to evaluate and connect qualified orthopedic surgeons with leading healthcare facilities. Your insights will be invaluable in understanding the needs of both candidates and employers, ensuring the best fit for each role. This position not only involves recruitment but also allows you to engage with a network of professionals, contributing to the growth and development of the healthcare community.

• Evaluate and assess candidates for orthopedic surgery positions
• Conduct interviews and provide detailed feedback on candidate suitability
• Maintain relationships with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to align candidate profiles with job requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in orthopedic practices
• Provide guidance to candidates on career opportunities and professional development
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote available positions
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for orthopedic roles

• MD or DO degree with a focus on Orthopedic Surgery
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or recruitment setting
• Strong understanding of orthopedic surgical practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate medical professionals' qualifications
• Experience with healthcare recruitment is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for helping healthcare professionals find fulfilling positions

• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Call Requirement: 1:4 rotation
• Cases:
  General orthopedics and foot/ankle cases
• Support Staff: 3 additional surgeons

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
