, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our dedicated team in a traditional pediatric practice setting. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive, collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and high-quality care.

• Four clinic days per week with one administrative day
• 1:1 rooming staff support and in-clinic triage nurses
• AI dictation software for efficient documentation
• Equitable Call

• Shared 1:4 call rotation with flexible scheduling
• Minimal inpatient admissions (primarily bread-and-butter pediatric cases)
• Newborn rounding and attendance at high-risk deliveries/C-sections
• Approximately 300 births per year
• Collaborative Team Environment:
• Strong support from experienced pediatric colleagues and nursing staff
• Integration with a broad range of in-house specialties
• Total annual compensation range: $250,000 – $274,900
