- Assist classroom teachers with daily instruction and routines
- Provide small group support in literacy, math, and enrichment activities
- Support students during independent and guided work time
- Prepare materials, projects, and classroom activities as directed
- Supervise students during recess, lunch, and transitions
- Assist in maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment
- Reinforce behavioral expectations using kind, calm, and consistent strategies
- Support students with diverse needs using patience and encouragement
- Participate in teams, meetings, training, and school events as needed
