Premier Bank is looking for a Treasury Management Officer who is ready to take ownership of an important area of our business and help shape where it goes next.

We have the products, customers, and operational expertise in place. Now, we’re looking for someone who can bring it all together—building a proactive Treasury Management sales function, developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and growing the business.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop the strategy, build the pipeline, strengthen internal partnerships, and help shape how Premier Bank grows Treasury Management.

• Lead the growth and development of Premier Bank’s Treasury Management business line.
• Develop strategies and goals around new relationships, product utilization, deposits, fee income, and pipeline growth.
• Build proactive calling and relationship-review strategies for existing commercial customers and prospects.
• Develop referral partnerships with Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, and other areas of the Bank.
• Meet with customers and prospects to understand their needs and recommend Treasury Management solutions, including ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, and related digital banking services.
• Serve as the primary Treasury Management relationship contact, building relationships and identifying opportunities to deepen existing relationships.
• Partner closely with Commercial Banking and Deposit Solutions to deliver a strong customer experience and ensure successful implementation.
• Serve as Premier Bank’s Treasury Management subject-matter expert and help build the tools, resources, and processes needed to support continued growth.
• Monitor pipeline activity, relationships, product utilization, deposits, fee income, and other key measures of success.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with a genuine desire to grow a business.

You’ll bring:

• 3–7 years of banking experience, preferably in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Business Development, or a related financial services role.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
• An understanding of business deposits, cash flow concepts, and fraud prevention.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across the Bank.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

This isn’t simply a role where you inherit a book of business and work from an existing playbook.

You’ll work alongside Commercial Banking, Deposit Solutions, and Bank leadership to develop a more proactive approach to Treasury Management—and your ideas, relationships, and ability to identify opportunities will directly influence how this business line grows.
