Wellington Place at Meadows is a 28-bed CBRF facility located at 525 Memorial Drive, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538 offering independence to seniors while our professional staff ensure comfort and safety. We have a reputation for providing quality care in a friendly, home-like atmosphere. We have a reputation for providing care for seniors in a homelike atmosphere.
We are currently seeking to hire full-time and part-time Resident Assistants (RA) / Caregivers. Experience is not necessary;
Wellington Homes of Wisconsin has an employer paid training program. No special certifications or licenses needed!!!

Wellington Place Meadows offers competitive wages and the following benefits for employees who are eligible:
- $15.00 - 17.00 per hour depending on experience
- Shift differentials paid for evening (pm) and night (noc) shifts
- CBRF certification training provided - First Aid, Fire Safety, Standard Precautions, Medication

- Provide routine resident care
- Observe residents and alert staff to changes
- Offer conversation and companionship
- Assist with mobility via wheelchair or walker
- Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Assist with feeding
- Perform light cleaning & linen changes
- Must always maintain a caring attitude towards residents and be capable of good judgment in all situations.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must speak and understand English
- Must pass background check, caregiver background check and drug test
- Compassionate, self-motivated individual
- Must have transportation to and from the facility
- Hiring manager will contact you within 1-2 business days of your application submission
- Complete 1-2 interview(s) and meet with immediate supervisor and mentor
- Upon receiving the job offer, review job description, and complete new-hire tasks and onboarding paperwork (via the Paycor app)
- Receive name badge, keys, and tour of the community

- Receive continuous training from mentor as you continue to provide exceptional care to our residents
