Job Overview
Papa is hiring part‑time companion caregivers in Fort Atkinson, WI. Companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, are warm, caring individuals who provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. They help around the house, run errands, provide transportation, and offer friendly company.
Compensation- Earn up to $13.00/hr with bonuses.
- Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (depends on location).
- Work on your own flexible schedule.
- Use the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities, typically 2–4 hours each, and create your own schedule.
- Age 21 or older.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
- Access to a smartphone.
- Access to a vehicle from 2015 or newer.
- No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
- Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring.
