We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our IT department. This role is 100% onsite, reporting directly to the Director of IT. The Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between business units and IT, supporting enterprise applications including CET, IFS, Radley, Salesforce, and other internal platforms. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and driving system improvements that enhance operational efficiency and data integrity across departments.

The successful candidate will lead cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Planning, IT, and Customer Support, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for CET, IFS, Radley, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications, translating business needs into functional specifications and system configurations. The candidate will support application testing, including development of test plans, execution of test cases, and validation of results.

The candidate will lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and project milestones. The candidate will develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as charters, timelines, risk logs, and stakeholder communications. The candidate will direct team tasks on projects by conducting regular status meetings, reviewing project activities. The candidate will actively identify, manage, and mitigate risks throughout the project life cycle.

The candidate will plan and drive training initiatives for stakeholders as necessary. The candidate will monitor and maintain data integrity across systems, including data migration, cleansing, and validation. The candidate will provide technical expertise when necessary. The candidate will identify and execute opportunities for continuous improvement across business processes and systems, including automation, workflow optimization, and enhanced data utilization.

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field and 2–4 years of experience. Experience in business analysis or enterprise application support. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Knowledge of enterprise application support, business process review, and project management. Ability to work with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.

Ability to collaborate with a multicultural environment. Ability to provide technical expertise when necessary. Ability to identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement across business processes and systems.
