Spacesaver is looking to expand our Leadership Team! Join us as a Production Supervisor on 2nd Shift! This position will oversee our Shelving Fabrication Lines.
Position DetailsJob Title: Production Supervisor - Fabrication 2nd Shift
Location: Fort Atkinson, WI
Employment Type: Full-Time/Regular
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the operational performance of the production area assigned which includes but is not limited to: safety incident rate, cost of quality as a percentage of sales, quality no-charge expedited order percentage, on-time delivery percentage, labor as a percentage of sales and value added per labor hour, which are the inputs to the budgeted operating profit percentage.
Financial responsibilities include operating expenses as a percentage of sales and operating profit as a percentage of sales.
- A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, combined with a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience.
- Associate Degree in Production Management or related field or equivalent experience.
- Good understanding of ISO .
- The ability to effectively lead and coach employees.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- A goal-driven self-starter
