Production Supervisor

Parallel Employment is seeking a talented and motivated Production Supervisor to join our client’s team in the manufacturing sector in Fort Atkinson, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about production processes, team leadership, and quality assurance. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing production operations, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company standards and objectives.

Shift: 2nd shift 3pm-12:30am

Wage: $18.00-$20.00/doe

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Production supervisor will coordinate the daily activities of the production team to maximize efficiency.
• Lead and mentor team members, providing training and support as needed.
• Monitor production metrics and implement strategies for improving performance.
• Enforce adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
• Prepare production reports and communicate relevant information to management.
• Address and resolve any production issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Review employee timecards for accuracy prior to weekly payroll submission.

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in engineering or management is a plus.
