Industrial Maintenance Technician
Wage: $25-$35/hour
Shift: 2nd
Hours:
2pm-6am

Responsibilities- Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment, including conveyors, mixers, packaging machinery, and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all equipment and repairs
- Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve equipment issues promptly
- Assist in installing new machinery and modifying existing equipment as needed
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and production efficiency
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification or vocational training preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Hands‑on experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem‑solving in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance best practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary
- Strong communication skills and commitment to safety
- Preferred experience in food processing or related manufacturing industry
- Preferred PLC experience and familiarity with automated equipment
- Preferred Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working in a production environment with temperature variations and noise
