Location: Corporate-Plant 1, Fort Atkinson, WI, US

Salary Range: $28.00 Hourly

Are you organized, proactive, and ready to keep production running smoothly? As a Production Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for daily schedules, training, and problem‑solving. You'll work closely with supervisors, managers, and sourcing teams to ensure everything flows efficiently—and you'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement. • Keep Things Moving:
  Coordinate and maintain daily production schedules.
• Hands‑On Support:
  Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Supply & Streamline:
  Deliver materials to work centers using our PDQ mobile app to minimize downtime.
• Train & Empower:
  Provide operational training for new and existing team members, including ERP system use.
• Audit & Improve:
  Validate shop orders, reconcile inventory, and manage scrap/replacements.
• Collaborate & Communicate:
  Work with Strategic Sourcing, Scheduling, and Production teams daily.
• Problem Solve:
  Tackle shop order issues and coach teams on downtime tracking and solutions.
• Lead When Needed:
  Step in for Material Coordinators or Supervisors as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) plus 3 years of manufacturing experience, or an Associate degree with 2 years of experience.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience (certifications can be obtained here!).
• Previous experience training team members, especially in ERP systems, is a plus.
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English (translation assistance available upon request).
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
