360 is seeking an Assistant Supervisor & Press Operator for our Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin facility. The role blends hands-on screen-printing with leadership duties, including press setup, ink prep, quality checks, and guiding the crew to complete each job safely and accurately.
The position is in-person, with a 3:00pm–11:00pm shift, Monday–Friday, plus occasional overtime and weekend work. Training and room for growth are offered in a modern, well-ventilated plant.
